With over 36 years of construction experience thru all ranges of the CSI code, we are able to perform all facets of the construction process. Our clients range from small businesses to many of the area’s leading corporations and governmental agencies, including NATIONAL NAVAL MEDICAL CENTER, NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF HEALTH, BOLLING AIRFORCE BASE, and the WASHINGTON NAVY YARD.

- Our own Estimating Department starts the project on a solid foundation of mutual understanding, establishing a budget of clear goals.
- Our Construction Division performs interior and exterior commercial construction, as well as complete range of construction management duties.
- Our Service Division operates a fleet of fully equipped service trucks which can promptly respond to client’s needs – large and small. We also perform a complete range of facilities maintenance and preventative maintenance for property managers and their tenants.
Facilities Management & Preventative Maintenance
Our Property Management Division manages a wide range of properties from single family homes to office buildings ranging from 20,000 sq. ft. to over 100,000 sq. ft. Through engaging in preventative maintenance, operating costs and are lowered, and tenant satisfaction is maximized.
